Why IGER teams are special
IGER supports international planning offices in finding partners in Germany. The aim is to find reliable local architects, engineers and third-party auditors who can ensure approvals and compliance with national building regulations and service law (BGB). By combining international engineering capacity with proven local expertise, approval risks are reduced, regulatory requirements are met and competitive conflicts are avoided. The result is a scalable one-stop delivery model for efficient and compliant project execution in the German market, benefiting both parties involved.
IGER supports these collaborations as needed with remote teams.
In certain projects, it proves useful to combine IGER's services with those of partners from our India-focused network. IndiaWorks, for example, focuses on recruiting qualified specialists and trainees from India for German SMEs in order to counteract the acute shortage of skilled workers in the skilled trades and other sectors. The recruitment process, linguistic and cultural preparation (e.g. to B1 level or higher), overcoming administrative hurdles such as visa and recognition procedures, and the integration of talent in Germany are organised and supported with experience and tact.
