IGER Technologies is a German-Indian virtual planning centre that supports planning offices and construction companies with a focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland in the event of bottlenecks. We combine German project management with Indian engineering expertise – in accordance with European norms and quality standards. 

IGER was founded to provide planning offices in Germany and Europe with reliable additional capacity. In view of growing demand, IGER offers scalable, quality-assured engineering teams – so that projects remain plannable and growth becomes possible.

Our focus is on three core areas: building construction and special structures, skilled labour development: recruitment and training, civil engineering: transport and water. BIM (Building Information Modelling) and other modern tools are essential for us. This combination enables us to provide comprehensive planning services, from initial assessment to implementation planning.

IGER does not work anonymously "offshore", but integrates German-Indian hybrid teams into existing structures. Project management, quality assurance and responsibility for standards are based in Germany, while implementation planning is carried out by highly qualified engineers in India.

There are four models to choose from, depending on the desired level of integration:

A: Subcontracting based on time spent

B: Package or service contract

C: Shared team / dedicated team

D: Joint venture / hybrid team with DE management

This allows each collaboration to be structured flexibly and with liability protection.

Through a multi-stage QA system with intermediate approvals (QA gates), defined responsibilities (RACI matrix) and audits in Germany.

In addition, regular quality business reviews (QBR) are conducted between management, the customer and project management.

Yes. All processes comply with GDPR, NIS2 and European SCC standards.

IGER works exclusively via secure cloud environments (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams) with documented TOMs and AVV contracts.

Depending on the task:

• BIM / Planning: Autodesk Revit, MWF, Trimble Nova, Cadwork,  BIM Vision, Navisworks, Microstation, Sketchup, etc.
• Coordination: MS Teams, SharePoint, 
• Accounting: LexOffice, ZUGFeRD invoices, Zoho
• Open data formats (IFC, DWG, PDF, XLSX) are standard.

We are generally open to and experienced in integrating customised software into our workflow.

After signing the NDA and conducting a needs analysis, operations can begin in 2–4 weeks. Recruiting and onboarding run parallel to each other – fully supported by our German management team.

Without recruiting and NDA, we are often ready to start work within 48 hours.

Depending on the model: time spent (hourly basis) or service package (fixed price) or monthly rate per resource (dedicated team).

All invoices are digital, verifiable and ZUGFeRD-compliant – transparent according to service progress or milestone principle. Invoicing is in EUR in accordance with European law.

IGER also provides services for offices in EU countries and the USA. In addition, we support international offices in their search for planning partners in Germany for country-specific planning services.
