IGER has developed a standardized 6-step framework that covers the entire project life cycle, from initial contact through to delivery and billing.

NDA based on international templates, quick alignment on scope, deliverables, KPIs and communication routines. More streamlined and pragmatic.
2️⃣ Requirements Assessment
Requirements Assessment focused on roles, tools, capacity, timelines and engagement model. Less regulated, more outcome-driven.
3️⃣ Team Setup & Commercial Framework
Selection of cooperation model + commercial terms. Team configuration and access setup without region-specific compliance overhead.
4️⃣ Project Kick-off, Onboarding & Monitoring
Kick-off, workflow alignment and operational routines (daily/weekly syncs). Faster integration (60–90 days) with less formal obligations.
5️⃣ Reviews & Quality Control
