Service profile for serial timber construction

We support planning offices for timber construction, timber construction companies, architects and construction companies in the implementation of timber construction projects. We pay attention to the combination of traditional craftsmanship, engineering knowledge and work preparation. We support you in checking the technical feasibility of timber construction and developing the best possible technical and economical solutions for your individual project requirements.


The efficiency, precision and cost-effectiveness of your timber construction project are largely determined during the planning phase – long before the first component is manufactured. We see ourselves as your extended workbench and comprehensively digitise this process.

1. Integrated planning & digital precision (BIM)

Successful timber construction begins in the early stages of the project (LPH 1–3). We have extensive experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM), not only in timber construction, and bring our timber construction expertise to bear early on in the planning process in order to prevent errors before they arise. We primarily provide support in the following areas.


  • Planning based on final modelled 3D models.
  • Integrated BIM planning: Cooperative, model-based development for structural engineering and timber construction.
  • Planning suitable for timber construction: Feasibility study for optimal prefabrication.
  • Digital measurement: Precise inventory via laser scan/tachymeter via partner network; integration of point cloud
  • Technical clarification of details/collision check: Coordination with architecture/engineering to ensure feasibility.
  • Modellkoordination: Control of digital models

We support you in creating the necessary planning documents, which control the entire process in line with manufacturing requirements and enable high precision in prefabrication.


  • Workshop/timber construction planning: Creation of detailed workshop planning/work preparation for all types of construction, including timber frame construction, log construction, skeleton construction and half-timbered construction. This also includes the processing of complex roof calculations.
  • Machine control: Generation of control codes (e.g. BVN, BTL) for your joinery machines, panel processing centres and multifunctional bridges.
  • Elementation & transport concept: Development of an elementation concept to optimise the high degree of prefabrication, as well as planning of transport conditions.

Assistance with structural design, preparation of building physics certificates, drawings for structural fire protection.

External quality assurance (QA) through examination of models, detailed plans, moisture protection and fire protection concepts. Drawings for weather protection concepts in accordance with moisture protection requirements during storage, transport and installation (DIN 68800-2 and VOB Part C).
